A: Our products aren't certified organic, however we can assure you that we, or any of the farms we purchase from do not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or sprays.
Q: What is Delta-8 THC?
A: Delta-8 THC is a natural cannabinoid derived from hemp with psychotropic properties, meaning it has the ability to alter one’s mood, behavior, or perception. Delta-9-THC, more commonly referred to as THC, is the main psychotropic compound in the cannabis plant. Delta-8-THC has similar effects to Delta-9-THC, with the main difference being where the bonds are contained on a molecular chain.
Q: Does Delta-8 THC show up on drug tests?
A: Delta-8-THC metabolites may trigger many drug tests looking for Delta-9-THC metabolites. As a precaution, you should not take this product if you need to pass a drug test.
Q: What are the benefits of Delta-8 THC?
A: Research performed to date on the effects of Δ8-THC have shown that the compound can help reduce anxiety, calm the body's reaction to stress, improve mood and motivation, increase appetite, and also assist with aches and pains.
Q: Is Delta-8 THC Legal?
A: Yes it is! The 2018 Farm Bill confirms “all derivatives, isomers, and cannabinoids in hemp are legal”, however, it set restrictions stating all final products must contain 0.3% (or less) Delta-9-THC. The Delta-8-THC products that contain hemp will always contain .3% or less Delta-9-THC. Although there are no current age restrictions from the federal government on hemp derived products, the company policy for our CBD Kratom stores is to sell to those 18 years of age or older. Federal regulations state inhalants can only be consumed by those who are 21 years of age and older in the United States, thus the Delta-8-THC cartridges are an age-restricted product.
Q: What are the effects of Delta-8-THC?
A: Delta-8-THC is considered to be a psychotropic compound, which means that it has the ability to alter one’s behavior, mood, or perception. Research on the effects of Delta-8-THC have shown the compound can help reduce anxiety, calm the body's reaction to stress, improve mood and motivation, increase appetite, and also assist with aches and pains. Users reported psychotropic feelings of calm and an improvement in mood.
Q: Will I pass a drug test after using your product?
A: We make NO guarantees that anyone will be able to pass a drug test after using our products. Many do, but others definitely do not. There hasn't been a lot of research on the subject, so because of that we are unable to determine the amounts that would cause a failed test.

A: We recommend you always consult your physician before using our product or giving it to a child, CBD products can effect different people in different ways.
Q: Do your products have psychoactive effects?
A: Most of our products aren't psychoactive, however Dr. Benny's Delta 8 products ARE psychoactive.
Q: Has my order shipped?
